It is a Licence to Perform High Risk Work issued by Worksafe Western Australia
What is involved in getting a Forklift Licence?
Written or verbal assessments: There are over 50 open ended questions that must be answered correctly, plus some verbal questions on your underpinning knowledge.
Practical assessment: You must be able to manoeuvre in a restricted area in both forwards and reverse. You must be able to stack and unstack accurately at three different levels.
What are the costs involved?
1 Day Assessment Only $200.00 per person plus a $79 application fee to Worksafe Western Australia
2 Days Training and Assessment from $300.00 per person plus a $79 application fee to Worksafe Western Australia.
BCITF Funding
BCITF Funding of up to 80% of the course cost, may be available for those directly involved in the building and construction industry.
